Will it work on my phone?
It works on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phones. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM. Our store runs this check before you pay.
When should I install it?
Install it at home on Wi-Fi before you fly, then switch it on and enable data roaming for it when you land. Validity starts when it first connects in the destination.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. These plans are data-only, so your normal SIM stays active for calls and SMS (where your plan allows), and you can use WhatsApp, iMessage or FaceTime over data.
Can I pay in CAD?
Yes. Choose CAD at checkout and you see the exact amount before paying. Prices are listed in AUD and converted at a published rate; your bank may add its own foreign-card fee.
